How to get started
- Psychiatry. Get a referral from your GP, then email it through or have your GP send it directly. Reception will call you to arrange a time.
- Psychology and allied health. Call or email and tell us what you are looking for. Most services need a referral before anything is arranged, and reception will tell you what yours needs. A Mental Health Care Plan from your GP unlocks Medicare rebates for psychology if you are eligible.
- Assessments. Start with an enquiry and we will match you to the right assessment type, with fees and timeframes up front.
Nothing is booked online. Every appointment goes through reception, which means you get a person who can tell you what your referral needs and what the wait looks like.
