A space to slow down and look after your mental health
AwareHub is a psychiatrist led mental health practice in Bondi Junction and Bundaberg. Psychiatry, psychology, allied health and TMS sit under one roof, with a team who take the time to know you.
What we do
Everything sits in one practice, so your psychiatrist, psychologist and allied health team actually talk to each other. Start with the service that sounds like what you need, and we will help you with the rest.
Psychiatry
Adult, child and adolescent, perinatal and older age psychiatry. GP referral required.
Psychology
Talk therapy and trauma focused therapies, including EMDR.
Occupational Therapy
Practical support for daily life, school and work.
Dietetics
Nutrition support that works alongside your mental health care.
Exercise Physiology
Movement as part of treatment, in our own gym.
Assessments
Neuropsychological testing and qEEG brain mapping.
Novel Treatments
TMS and S ketamine for treatment resistant depression.
Groups and Holistic Therapies
Meditation, yoga, art therapy, workshops and programmes.
How care starts
Two ways in, depending on what you need. Either way, you will always know what happens next.
If you need a psychiatrist
Psychiatry needs a GP referral first. Send yours through and reception will come back to you to arrange a time. If you don't have a referral yet, your GP can use our referrer page.
If you are not sure where to start
Tell us what is going on and reception will match you to the right service and clinician. Most services need a referral of some kind, and we will tell you what yours needs before anything is arranged.
And if you would rather talk to a person first, call 1300 0 AWARE or email reception. That lane is not going anywhere.

TMS and esketamine
For when medication has not been enough.
If you have tried antidepressants and things still have not moved, there are evidence based options left. AwareHub provides transcranial magnetic stimulation and esketamine treatment in both clinics, and we were among the first to bring TMS to the Wide Bay region.
Both treatments are funded for DVA clients and eligible WorkCover claims, and our team handles the paperwork with you.
Read about TMS and esketamine
“I've always believed that by spending a little time every day on your mental health, you are able to bring about enduring improvements to your brain's biology, your self worth and sense of fulfilment.”
Rooms that don't feel like a hospital
The spaces matter as much as the appointments. Soft light, a yoga studio, an art room and quiet corners to wait in, designed so coming here feels like a place to breathe out.
